Set aside some time for yourself and try these recipes in your next bath.

RELAX AND RESET BATH SALT RECIPE

• 1 c. Epsom Salt

• 1/4 c. Baking Soda

• 2 tbsp. Fractionated Coconut Oil

• 3 drops Lavender Essential Oil

• 3 drops Sandalwood Essential Oil

• 2 drops Wild Orange Essential Oil

REJUVENATE AND RECHARGE BATH SALT RECIPE

• 1 c. Epsom Salt

• 1/4 c. Baking Soda

• 2 tbsp. Fractionated Coconut Oil

• 2 drops Patchouli Essential Oil

• 3 drops Bergamot Essential Oil

• 2 drops Grapefruit Essential Oil

Mix all ingredients well and store in a glass jar. Depending on the size of your bathtub, use 1/4 to 1/2 cup of this salt blend per bath.
